This morning I got the email to advise on the new HPOS for Woocommerce – I checked out the feature inside my application to see if there are any compatibility issues – there were a few – and when i wanted to see the extensive list, the website went into error mode. At no point did I activate the features. Please advise what my next steps are – unfortunatly do not have a recent enough backup of my DB, tried reinstalling Woo on a duplicate site created today – no difference, disabled all plugins, this fails with just the Woocommerce plugin by itself. Unsure how to proceed.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 6.2.2
    Active theme: Storefront (version 4.3.0)
    Current plugin: WooCommerce (version 7.7.2)
PHP version 8.1.18 Error Details An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 81 of the file /usr/www/users//store/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce1/includes/admin/helper/class-wc-helper-updater.php. • Hi there @dermreagle ??

Thanks for reaching out, let’s figure out why things are not lining up!

    PHP version 8.1.18

As a guide, we recommend PHP version 7.4 and up to version 8.0 (for PHP 8.1, please note that there is an issue documented on?GitHub).

Could you change the PHP version to one of the recommended ones and see if the issue persists? Thanks!

Hi – thanks for this. Note – I received a email from a plugin provider – that there was an issue with their plugin. And after doing the upgrade of that one plugin (had to force upgrade – via backend – as it was not possible via standard means.

Can mark this thread as resolved. Had nothing to do with the HPOS.

That’s great to hear! Thanks for letting us know.

I am going ahead with marking this thread as solved now. Feel free to open a new one, if you need help with anything else.

    Have a great day!
