Object in edit box

Hi @umclidet the image is quite small it is hard to see the text on the pop-up window. Knowing what the text is saying will help figure out where the pop-up is coming from. Are you able to take a much larger screenshot and upload it to https://snipboard.io/ the site will provide a new link which you can share here.

Alternatively, you can copy and paste the text shown on the whole popup,.

Thanks for the quick response. This is what the object looks like. It interferes with editing. It cannot be moved. ??

Hi @umclidet thank you for the screenshot, the popup is coming from the BestWebSoft plugin you added to add more tools to the classic editor. I am not sure which one exactly as they have developed a few plugins.

I would suggest reaching out to the plugin developers, they are more familiar with the plugin’s code and will be able to provide assistance.

In fact, the problem has not yet been solved.
I removed all plugins except Classic Editor. But the object did not disappear. ??

Hi @umclidet that is peculiar, the text is showing you which button you can use to add the BWS shortcode to the page. This is not from the classic editor you can see all the classic editor tools in my screenshot below, I only see this behavior when one of the BWS plugins is active on my site.

When I click on close on the pop-up it doesn’t appear again have you tried that? Have you checked with the developers of the plugin on how to permanently disable that?
