I have modified hosts default limits in cPanel using the MultiPHP ini editor.

memory_limit set to -1 (equals no limit)
    post_max_size set to 5096M
    upload_max_filesize set to 4096M
    max_execution_time set to 6000
    max_input_time set to 6000

The plugin is recognizing the new 4G upload limit . . . it simply refuses to start.
So, I went to Hostmonster (one of All-In-One’s “Supported” hosting companies) on one of my other installations, changed all the settings and tried to upload the export there. Nothing – same thing. It refuses to start.

I’ve read your recommendations in the other comments here; nothing I’ve tried works.

    What am i missing?

    Thanks for the help.

  • I only get the import to work when I downgrade to PHP 7.2.

The server’s error log files will precisely reveal any limits or issues that the server has encountered.
