• Hi all:

WP Newbie here. I just purchased and installed a theme, which activates over 73 pages when installed. I am looking at several sections on my website and need to find what pages precisely to edit to change text/images I am seeing.

For example, if you look at my website (I submitted the link as part of this topic) you will see at the bottom a phone number and email address as well as a physical address.

If I go to edit my pages in WP, (WP>Pages>All Pages) how do I know which page to go and edit to change the phone number and email?

Like a blind mouse I am trying each one of the 73 pages but can’t find those lines of text anywhere so I can edit them. There must be a simpler way.

This is a Visualmodo theme and when I installed it I got a Visualmodo panel inside of WP. In WP>Visualmodo>Theme Options>Footer I can add my Copyright text (seen at the bottom of my page) but nowhere can I find the phone number, email or address to be able to edit it.

Sorry for such a newbie question. Please let me know if I need to post this question elsewhere.

Visualmodo support team would be more familiar with the operation of the theme purchased. Try these links:

    https://visualmodo.com/docs/

    https://visualmodo.com/acc/

(Volunteers on this forum do not have access to theme files that were purchased.)

Thank you. I’ve tried those sources without luck, which is why I came here. The docs are not clear and many of the screenshots and videos are heavily outdated. I was hoping there was a way to detect what to change where, for example via the Inspect or View Page source feature in Chrome etc.

    Thanks for your response.

are you able to contact the support team in the myaccount area of Visual modo website? https://visualmodo.com/acc/

I did. No response. That’s why I was trying my luck here.

Consider trying a different theme that might have more active support available – if the purchased theme is not responding to your request for assistance.

Lisa: I appreciate your feedback. But if it is not a violation of any guidelines to leave my post here, then I will let it stay and see if anyone else responds with something that may help.
