• Hello, I followed the documentation to set up the synchronization of a pinpoint calendar to google calendar :
    the synchronization is done from pinpoint to google calendar (a reservation made on the site or in the administration appears on the google calendar).
    the problem is that a booking made on google calendar is not taken into account on the pinpoint booking system.

    Is there any special adjustment to be made?

    Hi,

    Usually the reason the booking is not created in Pinpoint from Google is that the slot in the calendar is not available or booked.

    If you think that is not the issue, you need to enable the WordPress Debug to see if any errors or warnings appear. Please send us the debug.log to [email protected] to investigate further.
