    Having an issue with some orders in that the WooCommerce status remains in Pending Payment even though payment has been successful with Stripe. I’ve checked the webhook is correct – it is and also checked that All Events are selected in Stripe – they are.

    Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

    I understand the payment is successful in Stripe but pending payment in WooCommerce.

    Can you please check if there are any fatal errors found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)? That might provide us additional clues about the issue.

    Can you provide a screenshot of the order notes section of one of the orders affected? Please redact any sensitive information such as names, emails, etc.
