Is this plugin abandoned?

  • We are getting the same “Please check your short code, no records available.” error message that was submitted a couple years ago with no response.

    Anyone have a solution?

  • Ours is still working. Has it ever worked for you? How are you entering the short code? Are you using vertical-marguee (note that it’s a “g” and not a “q” in the word marguee)

    It always did work, but somewhere down the line it stopped. I am using that correct “g” shortcode

    Made sure that the block isn’t expired,,, moved one of the blocks to another group and tried that,,, tried all caps and lowercase for the group.

    Will try one more time and save again – especially since you say yours is working!
