    Hello,
    I have an order that doesn’t show the Payment via PayPal(#transactionID) link.
    The transaction is successfully completed, but I needed to check it on the PayPal website.
    The rest of the orders have the links with transaction IDs created on the order posts, but somehow this one doesn’t have one.
    The link I attached has the image of the problem.
    What could be the reason?

    Hi @yoonlaserwp23

    The transaction ID is inserted into the order after a webhook was received by PayPal.
    If this webhook does not arrive for some reason, then the order also would not be updated with the transaction ID or PayPal fees. It’s also possible webhooks arrive with a delay, though a day would be quite an unusually long delay.

    To ensure that webhooks can be received, I recommend resubscribing and simulating the webhooks from the Connection tab in the PayPal Payments settings: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#webhook-status

    This can be done without the risk of anything going wrong. Please let us know if the simulation results in a success message for you.
