    Hi, I have a VPS with 18000 parts, going up to 70000 parts soon. I am quite often getting this error message when say refreshing the sitemap –

    Request Timeout

    This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase ‘Connection Timeout’.

    As suggested in one of your posts added to htaccess <IfModule Litespeed> RewriteEngine On RewriteRule (wp-cron).php – [E=noconntimeout:1] </IfModule> but does not seem to make a difference.

    Help would be appreciated.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    I do not see “E=noconntimeout” directive in your .htaccess though

    and even you put this , you have nginx in front of you , which will time out as well and not controlled by this directive

    is this a shared hosting or your own server ?

    Thanks for that. Litespeed server has been causing too many problems so have gone back tp apache and nginx cache, thanks for yout time
