    Hello there !

I have a problem with Yith Infinite Scroll. When I go to a category of products in my website, the first page loads fine, then when with loads the second page, it shows products that are not under this category.

Ex : in the following link, earrings are shown in the “Piercing” Category shop page after loading : https://maedusabodyjewelry.com/product-category/piercing/

This only happen with few products that are recently created. I didn’t have problem before so I dont understand why?

I have tried deactivate Yith Infinite Scroll and it was working fine. So the problem is 100% coming from the infinite scroll.

Thank you for your help !

Actually I just realized that it specifically shows the 3 most recently published products, in the second page loading via infinite scroll. E.g. the 3 earrings shows in all different categories on the website, and systematically shows after loading a new page via infinite scroll (so it appears again and again)

    Hi there,

could you try changing the theme to the default one ( twenty ) and see if the problem persists?

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

Could you send me a link of your staging site where I can see the problem event with a default theme enabled? Also I tried to reproduce it on my local installation without results.

Could you also make the following test on your site?

Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

Please, try it and let me know.

    Have a good day.

If you need I can give you admin credentials.

    Thank you !

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

Unfortunately from here we cannot access to your site and we suggest you to not share your credentials in this thread.

I checked and your theme is not a theme I can download from wp.org and I don’t have a copy to check the problem on our local installation.

I suggest you to contact theme developers and ask a feedback about this problem.

    I hope it helps you.

    Have a good day.

P.S = we could exchange by mail or something else so that you can access my website, I do it all the time with other support team…

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

we can’t provide support for free version outside wp.org platform.

If the problem doesn’t appear with a default theme, the problem should be related with some option or configuration from your theme.

    I hope it helps you.

    Have a good day.
