    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. I understand that you’re trying to make a container clickable as per the instructions in this article: https://elementor.com/help/making-a-container-clickable/, but you’re not seeing the “a” element in the dropdown menu for HTML tags for containers.

This feature should indeed be available in the latest version of Elementor. If you’re not seeing the “a” element, it could be due to a temporary glitch or a potential conflict with other plugins or themes.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

    1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try accessing the Elementor editor again.
    2. Try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
    3. Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for Elementor and Elementor Pro (if you have it), and switch your theme to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One. Then check if the “a” element shows up. If it does, reactivate your plugins and switch back to your theme one by one to identify if there’s a specific plugin or theme causing the issue.

If you’re still not seeing the “a” element after trying these steps, please let me know so I can assist you further.

Additionally, if you have Elementor Pro, you are entitled to premium support. We highly recommend opening a support ticket from your ‘My Elementor’ account for faster and more specialized assistance. Our dedicated support team will be able to look into your issue and provide you with further guidance.

Thank you for being a valued member of our Elementor community.

    Hello,
Following your message I have tried one by one all the options that you have suggested. But didn’t work.
All other elements are showing in the dropdown menu for HTML tags for containers, but the “a” element is missing.

Hello, do you have any news? I am stuck with my project because of this.
I have tried a fresh install of WordPress with only Elementor installed, the “a element” is not appearing.

I am using the Free Version of Elementor, in Italian.

    Please check here: https://ibb.co/56LvpgP
I click on the 6 dots on the right, and the element is not in the dropdown.
While all other elements are there.

Can you confirm if the “a element” is appearing on your end?
Could it be that developers forgot to add it to the Italian version?

    Hello @antotonydc,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Please try re-installing the Elementor plugin and use the latest version.

The translations does not affect the code/functionality of Elementor.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards
