Homepage & blog page to display posts, is it possible?

Basically this is what I’m working on:

What I am going for is for the homepage to display posts like it does, but then have a separate BLOG page that displays blog posts in a totally different design, but not displaying posts from a ‘category’, I want all the posts displayed there. The design is very similar but the only difference is there is a different sidebar and the content to be displayed differently than the homepage (which I can change myself), but I just want to know if this is possible, and if so, how do I do this?

So here’s the rundown:
Homepage to display posts exactly how it is now.
Now I need to make a blog page displaying all the posts, but without the intro and latest work section, using a different sidebar and content styling.

I’m not a newbie to this development stuff so you don’t need to go way in-depth, just point me in the right direction and I can figure it out.

PLEASE HELP my client needs this done soon, and I need to get paid sooner!
