• I recently had a hosting issue and they inadvertently deleted some images (smaller/thumb/resized ones) through the file manager that should not have been deleted. The images are showing broken on my site which isn’t surprising. However the images still show in my WordPress media library. Only if I click on the image, does it show as missing entirely (even though the full-size version should actually be there). Is there a way to force my media library to refresh and show me all actual current files?

Have tried clearing ALL cache? Foe example:

    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. That will solve many weird JavaScript issues.

    – Flushing Managed host caches. Managed WP hosting often has special caches. If your host has a “Purge Varnish” or “Flush Memcache” tool, try that. You can ask your provider to flush memcache and Varnish for you if necessary.
