All data build with Nimble builder suddenly gone!

  • Yesterday, when setting SEO keywords (Rank Math) for our customer, all data on site created with Nimble builder PRO (theme: Customizr PRO) has gone! Site is empty! All plug-ins were up to date…nothing special has work on site…

    I then disable all non critical plugins, leave only theme, Nimble Builder PRO and Classic editor. But nothing…. I am desperate.

    Yeah, I already done that, but this is not solution to problem. Same thing happen few months ago for another site. Customizr PRO + Nimble Bulider PRO. All photos and modules created in Nimble has gone.

    We cannot really make out what caused the deletion of the data. Please restore a backup and then make sure to deactivate all unnecessary plugins in order to minimize the amount of plugins that could accidentally delete your contents.
