Fatal Error Opening WP DashBoard

  • Please, can someone help me fix this:

    I never received anything in the email.

  • Hi,

    a great way to start debugging your problem would be to deactivate all your plugins and see if the problem persists, if it doesn’t reactivate them one by one and you will see which plugin causes the problem.

    Deactivating a plugin can be done by renaming it’s folder in /wp-content/plugins/ and reactivating can be done by renaming it back to its original name.

    Hi @benniledl I cant deactivate the plugins because I cant to go the dashboard. Is there any way to do that?

    Hello @benniledl I just deactivated all the plugins and found out that it’s the JetPack plugin causing the issue. I removed the JetPack and will reinstall it again, will it be safe?

    Sure this could solve it. Just try, if it doesn’t work you know what to do now.
