Excessive blocking for the page

I have a problem with accessing the admin page; When I enter my credentials and immediately submit, I get a message verifying if I’m human. But it’s just a text. I had Recaptcha and have long since replaced it with Turnstile. But same problem. I don’t want it to be the same reason crawlers fail to crawl.

If I wait a few seconds everything is fine. But for good robots this could be a stumbling block.

Can you help me understand where the problem of blocking users comes from?
