    Is it possible for the free shipping bar to appear with a minimum amount per region? Example: For the state of S?o Paulo the minimum order for free shipping is R$99.00, for Rio de Janeiro the minimum order for free shipping is R$150.00.

    Yes, it works exactly the same.

    Rewards comes as per the user session. If user’s shipping packages allows then they come else not.
