Thank you for your screenshot.

Our plugin calculates rates based on whole items in the cart. Just because you set the Free Shipping as the other shipping method it doesn’t change this rule. This product https://nomadicsupply.com/ford-transit-20-gallon-chassis-water-tank-driver-side-w-stainless-brackets-tr-uc-20/ has 23 lbs and probably that’s why the rates are so high.

If you want to set the Free Shipping for specific items, you can use the UPS plugins with our other compatible plugins like: https://octolize.com/product/conditional-shipping-methods-woocommerce/ and https://octolize.com/product/shipping-packages-woocommerce/

Please explain step-by-step how you recommend only showing UPS rates (and FedEx) for products with those rates, and NOT adding a shipping fee to products in the cart that have free shipping by using your other plugins. The link you sent to that plugin goes here:
