    I honestly needed to refresh this for myself as well since it been years since I’ve last used it.

    = > Will show the capabilities of that role.
    ≠ > Will show all capabilities that are NOT in that role.

    It’s just a filter on the list of capabilities, nothing more. It will not affect which capabilities are selected or not.

    To further elaborate the functionality.

    The “select” and “deselect” buttons below that filter will select/deselect all shown capabilities. All hidden capabilities are unaffected by these buttons.

    This is the reason these filters could be handy to quickly set a capability view.
