• Hi! I’m trying to figure out why completed forms are not being sent as emails- or rather, why I am not receiving them. When I fill out the form on the site, I get the message on the site saying that it was completed/sent successfully. However, I check my inbox and spam folder, and I have received nothing.

Here is how the forms are filled out: (note that ‘domain.com’ is a placeholder to protect the company’s privacy, just to show the ‘from’ email matches the domain.)
    To: [email protected]
    From: [email protected]
Subject: new demo request from domain.com
    Additional headers: Reply-To: [email]

This website uses a custom theme that cannot be changed. The plugin has worked with this theme before in the past. Please let me know if there is anything I can do, other than changing to the default theme, to get this plugin to work. Thank you!

Edit to add: There are other plugins, but I do not know what they do (I didn’t set up the site,) and do not want to break the site by removing them

  • Hi @sobekar ,

Have you tested using email other than Gmail for testing?

If you didn’t receive it after using other email provider, then check if your server email function is working. You can install simple plugin like ‘automatic email testing’ to test.

If your server email function is not working, then you need to contact your web hosting. Hope this helps.

Same problem here with emails sent to Gmail addresses. Gmail account not receiving any email. Non-Gmail accounts work fine.

Do you have a solution for Gmail addresses please?
