    I spent almost 2hrs in beautifying my first creation of story using this plugin.
    I published and the story works but when trying to access it after 5minutes it shows code only

    but accessing it after a minute it shows the cod

  • @jomarlipon Thank you for your topic. This may be a result of a conflicting theme or plugin.

    Can you rule this out by using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

    1. Enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
    2. Enable plugins and your theme one by one in this mode to help pinpoint if something else is involved.

    * Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback but unfortunately the error still exist.

    So I created a story, it works for several 2-3 minutes

    but after refreshing it again, the code shows

    Here’s what I tested so far,
    1. Create story by editing available templates
    2. Create story from scratch, upload image, text (includes text template)

    Thank you. Instead of simulating using the health check plugin, can you actually disable your theme temporarily and test your story once more?
