As of a few days ago, I am unable to successfully publish a page with the weForms widget displaying. In the WordPress editor (using boldgrid) I can add the widget via shortcode, the ‘Add contact form’ tab, or as a block component, and it displays correctly, but after Updating the published page, it disappears and is not visible on the front-facing page – the code also vanishes, although if I create a new section or block for it, the spacing remains intact. Any suggestions for how to ensure the code/what shows in the editor makes it to the published front end?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @savedmonton,

We do apologize for the delay. If you’re using BoldGrid with WeForms could you try switching to the “Text” editor portion of your BoldGrid Post and Page builder and paste your shortcode in that way, then update to see if it retains the data?
