Looking for Similar Plugin

Hello, for my website, I have about 140 “Defects” for glass bottles that I would like to upload. Each defect consists of ~10 lines of text, several images, and a table or two with causes and solutions. This is a ton of data. My issue comes with organizing it and putting it in a place that is easy to access.
Each defect will have two categories: The Critical Level (minor, major, etc.) and the Area of Defect (Finish, Neck, Shoulder, etc.).
I currently have a job openings plugin that I have 0 complaints about, and that is how I would like to set it up. This plugin has a page creator (creates job apps), search feature, filtering features (like by full/part time, or location. This would allow to filter by Critical Level and Area).
What plugin could I use that is similar to this Job Openings plugin that would give me the page creator, search feature, and filter feature in a very similar format?
Also, I love the design of it too, so anything close to that would be ideal. Any comments are welcome and appreciated.
