It worked perfectly yesterday. I can still edit the login form and see the two fields in it, but when I’m editing the Live Preview shows an empty form.

I verified that my login.html page contains only one line containing

    [ultimatemember form_id="6"]

I’ve tried it in MS Edge, Brave, Chrome and Firefox and get the same results in all.

When I look at the response in Developer Tools, it appears that the home page is loading instead of the Login form.

I also noticed that all the Pages on the Settings page had changed to “Privacy Policy”. I changed them back to the default values.

The only major change I made today was installing the WPFence firewall.

I captured the Response in Edge Developer Tools and pasted it into a text file at liveoakestateshoa.com/UltimateMemberLoginResponse.txt in case that is useful.

Any help you can offer is deeply appreciated. My site’s not very useful if users can’t log in!

Solved. I implemented your ‘Registration Code’ mu-plugin and it was working. In the process of looking at everything tonight I noticed all the registration codes at the bottom of the Appearance=>Registration Form page were gone. No idea how that happened.

I pasted them back in and the Login form displays properly now.

Wouldn’t have thought the two could be related, but apparently so.

    Gotta love a happy ending!

Despite installing the plugin, the default template forms and pages are not installed. How will it be installed?
