Excellent Addon Gutenberg à posséder obligatoirement

  • 5 étoiles pour ce plugin pour sa version gratuite ! J’ajoute tout de même un bémol pour le support ! Possesseur du Bundle complet de BrainStornForce, je reste dé?u du service support qui répond par des banalités également aux possesseurs de licences Pro ! Alors même que l’on choisit et accepte une réponse “geek”, aucun effort pour nous répondre correctement : message pas lu intégralement, la réponse est un simple copier-coller alors que ?a ne leur co?terait rien de répondre correctement en nous disant “pour votre problème, rechercher sur le fichier Xxxx.php” ou contactez un développeur. Non, pas de réponse de ce genre !! C’est directement contactez un développeur en ne manquant pas de fournir le nom d’une société !

    Je suis donc extrêmement dé?u du support qui mérite une moins belle note, ce qui n’est pas le cas de leurs applications !
