• There is something really funky happening at the bottom of our Makers page. I realized today that the FAQ that is supposed to be below these last set of blocks has disappeared. I was going to try to recreate it, but there’s a really funky looking row that won’t let me delete it or adjust the code to get it back to a normal element row.

This makes it so that any element that I add ends up crunched in the corner, and while it may display normally on the user end, I can’t see it or read it on the back end and don’t want to continue building this page when something is clearly this wrong.

When I got to the classic editor, here is the code that I see at the end. Is there a chunk I can delete to get this back to normal functionality?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://support.wpbakery.com

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

I realize. Unfortunately this theme has terrible support (wish I had known that before we committed and built three different sites with it!). I’ve already reached out to them to see how I can renew my support plan to actually get an answer about this but historically they take 2-3 days to respond and we urgently need to get this page fixed as we have a big application launch coming up this Saturday. I’m hoping someone here who has more coding prowess than I do would be able to spot the issue in the meantime so I can at least cobble something together while I wait for them.

I’m kind of at a loss here–the theme developer is totally unresponsive and I can’t figure out any other way to get a hold of them, and still pretty urgently need help with this issue. Anybody else have any ideas?
