Hi,
I understand your site is processing payments via WooCommerce Payments, however, the Apple Pay is not working.
Could you confirm that you’ve been trying to use the gateway with Safari browser?
If this is the case, there are some steps you could try:
– Primarily, verify that your domain is authorized for Apple Pay. To trigger domain registration manually, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Payments and then Settings
2. Turn off express checkouts
3. Save your changes
4. Re-enable express checkouts
5. Save your changes again
To seek other troubleshooting steps, you may refer to the Apple Pay documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/apple-pay/#troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, try running a conflict test by disabling all plugins other than WooCommerce and WooCommerce payments and shifting to the Storefront theme.
If the above does not work:
I recommend posting your question at the WooCommerce Payments forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce-payments/#new-topic-0.
This is in accordance with https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum-user-guide/faq/#where-should-i-put-my-post
Best.
