lock error

  • Hi Team,

    We occured 2 differents kind of issues with the Payplug plugin.
    Our environment: WordPress 6.2.2, Woocommerce 7.7.0 and 7.8.0, Payplug 2.5.3

    The first issue is slowing down the WordPress loading (5 seconds).
    The error trace, occured on each WP page is:

    The second issue is about the WooCommerce shop order detail pages:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: The parameter paymentId is not set.
    in /htdocs/clickandbuilds/site/wp-content/plugins/payplug/vendor/payplug/payplug-php/lib/Payplug/Resource/Payment.php on line 169

    Is it possible to download the older version of this plugin to make tests?

    I made a test, installing the payplug 2.5.3 on a brand new WordPress + WooCommerce installation, the same error message appear :

    DESCRIBE ;
    Payplug\P\M\Lock::create_lock_table()
    Extension : payplug You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 1064

    j’ai également cette erreur qui ralentit considérablement mon site

    @olivlyon OK top, je leur ai également envoyé un mail ce matin via leur plateforme support, mais pas encore eu de réponses.
