Google Analytics (both old and new) is, for the most part, working fine through Google Site Kit – but for some reason, every now and then a page just does not register at all. One such page on our site is:

    https://divemagazine.com/scuba-diving-long-reads/marine-megafauna-foundation-sutainability-sustainable

I know for a fact this page is being read, but it has no record at all in GA/GA4

There are a couple of others but we can find no link between them. Is there any reason a handful of pages would not register? We are perplexed; any help appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Mark ‘Crowley’ Russell

Hello @crowleydive thanks for opening a support topic with us. Can I check with you if this is when searching for specific pages using the URL Search on the Site Kit Dashboard?

Could you please also share the following information:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.
    2. Are the pages mentioned new or pages that have existed for some time?
    3. Do these pages have stats when checking from your Analytics account?

If the data from Site Kit matches with your Analytics account then this would be best checked with the team at the Analytics Help Center as the issue isn’t with the Site Kit plugin if these match.

Please do let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

    Hi Adam @adamdunnage,

Thanks for the super-speedy reply and apologies for my delay in responding.

Upon further investigation, it seems that there may have been an issue with Google Tag Manager and the GA4 migration. We have now resolved the problem.

Many thanks for taking the time to respond,

    Crowley
