Google Listings and ads Plugin for WooCommerce keeps loading

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble configuring the plugin.

Please try disconnecting your current connection and setting it up again. Here are the steps:

1. Go to https://carolscookies.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page
2. Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
3. Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account
4. Under Jetpack, click Disconnect Jetpack

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again, ensuring to use the connected Google account for Google Merchant Center. (i.e, use the same Gmail address for Google account, Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts). Please ensure you have full admin permission on the accounts.

I was able to get out of the infinite loading issue with doing the following:

1. Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
2. Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account

With this I can see that it’s Connected to Merchant Center now and it’s in the process of adding the products.

I did not do the following.

3. Under Jetpack, click?Disconnect Jetpack

Is disconnecting the Jetpack required? Gonna check back in a few days to see if Merchant Center Populates with the products as it currently looks like it is adding. If the products are not added to Merchant Center after 2-3 days should I then make the attempt to Disconnect Jetpack?
Appreciate the guidance so much for getting me past the infinite loading screen.

Appreciate you keeping the ticket open.

I managed to add some products with the Woocommerce Integration. It only seems to have added 9 / 15 of my products.

I’ve noticed it seems like simple products get added with no problem but the variable products (products that include different price groups) don’t get included in the product feed.

When I go to the Marketing Portion of Woocommerce and Select the Product Feed tab I receive an error.

“An error occurred while retrieving your product feed. Please try again later.”

Please advise on addressing the error and missing products.

The product feed page undertakes a substantial amount of processing. Consequently, it could take some time for the page to load. The error message you’re seeing might suggest that the script has run out of time, which we’ve encountered in previous situations with similar errors. Those were resolved by extending the maximum run time for PHP scripts, done by adjusting the max_execution_time configuration. In addition, consider increasing the memory_limit settings in your php.ini file.

If the above does not help, to get more information about the issue, can you navigate WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and provide us the error messages found on there?
