New homepage video will not show

  • I have a new video to upload to my homepage. I have uploaded it, it is the correct file size and when I add it to the media library and replace the previous one, the dashboard says it has done so. But the old one persistently shows. I have even deleted it from the media library in frustration, but even this has not got rid of it. I’m at my wits’ end

  • Hi @marclesparc that sounds like you might be having caching issues on your site. Kindly disable any caching plugin or system on the server end of things.

    If that isn’t the case, could you please share information about do you mind sharing a direct link to the video you want to display on the homepage?
