    Hi!

I downloaded the Feedzy plugin and added it via Elementor on my page.
The feed is showing correctly from the feed source I entered, but when I click on the title of one of the posts in the feed, I am redirected to the original URL coming from the RSS Feed and I want it the other way. I want this link to redirect to my imported posts (via feedzy) not to the original URL. I couldn’t find anything about it (only saw messages about the other way around).

What do I need to do to achieve this?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @biancho!

Since you added it using Elementor, I assume you used the widget method to display the articles. This is the default behaviour for this method, to redirect to the original source when the post title is clicked. This happens because the articles are only displayed on your site, but they are not imported, so it’s not possible to open each post directly on your site because they don’t exist as posts on your site. If you want to open each post on your site, you’d have to use the Feed To Post feature and import the feed as explained here.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi @biancho,

Indeed, the default and expected behavior is that the post title redirects to the original post.
If it helps, we have a doc containing a filter that helps you change the author URL, so that you can link the name of the author (e.g. your name) to your internal blog page – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/636-how-to-change-author-url. For this, you only need to replace “new url” with the URL of the blog page.
It’s not exactly what you described, but it points to your internal page instead of the remote source.

Let me know if this helps!

Thank you both for the replies. This week I will take a look at it!
