Checkout Button disappearing

    I am experiencing an issue where the checkout button for Paypal, Direct debit and credit card disappear sometimes when accessing the checkout page. It seems to work fine on the first visit but is checkout is aborted and then returned this seems to trigger the issue. Page refreshing and clear the checkout form seems to help resolve the issue. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

    Checking your site’s checkout page, I can verify the issue here. At first, I can see the Paypal button as you can see below:

    Then, when I aborted the checkout process and go back to it again, the button is now gone, same with the input fields for Debit & Credit cards

    Can you please try to disable the LiteSpeed Cache: by LiteSpeed Technologies – 5.5 plugin, repeat the checkout process and see if this works?

    Otherwise, it looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
