window.dispatchEvent(new CustomEvent(“resize”))
-
The animation on this page switches it’s size automatically back and forth. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins and after deactivation “Real Cookie Banner” the error stopped. But after contacting “Real Cookie Banner” Support, they have sent me following advice:
Real Cookie Banner executes the JavaScript command window.dispatchEvent(new CustomEvent(“resize”)) for compatibility purposes. If we use this with deactivated cookie banner (URL with ? Fl_builder), the problem occurs accordingly. Could you please check if you can run window.dispatchEvent(new CustomEvent(“resize”)) with deactivated cookie banner without problems?
Since it is a bug of your theme or the plugin “Otter – Page Builder Blocks & Extensions for Gutenberg” that executes the animation, you should contact the respective support, because the problem is also recreatable with a disabled cookie banner as described above. The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
