Thanks for the rating.
We do our best to correct the errors that are reported to us. Some are fixed within hours and others await major updates (then we list available workarounds if possible).
ShopMagic – together with its add-ons – creates a complicated tool and we realize that there is still some work ahead of us to make it free of shortcomings.
Please let me know if you have reported a bug to us on this support forum that we have not addressed – I will check it out.
As for the reported problem with automation for pending orders – I am afraid it is not a bug. This is an automation based on changing the order status. This is the trigger that allows the plugin to send an email. There is no trigger if the order status has not changed. This is how all automations based on status changes work. There are no intermediate triggers between status changes.
