Plugin Closed??

  • I am developing a new site for a client and this plugin seemed like what i needed (secure document uploads/managment with user level security)

    But now the plugin is closed pending a review? I know it was just before the US holiday but anyone have additional info?

  • This plugin developer is terrible to deal with. They might, MIGHT, reply to your support requests (which you pay for with your subscription) and they will ignore it for weeks. When they do reply, they ask you to submit information, etc. and you do. Months will go by as they ignore your follow ups and when they do reply, it’s “we were waiting on you to do X” (the thing you already sent 3 months prior). You immediately resend the item and reply and the 3 month clock resets. Then they switch ticketing systems and delete the history of my support request and tell me to contact them through another channel. Do that, same results. Over a year and a half and my issue still exists.

    So to answer your question, is the plugin closed? I don’t think it was ever open.
