Directorist is an excellent plugin with a highly knowledgeable and competent team. However, one aspect that needs improvement is their responsiveness, as they often take a few days to address your queries. Despite this, they consistently deliver effective solutions. While speed may not be their strongest attribute, I still award them a 5-star rating because once you have the plugin set up to your liking, it requires minimal maintenance and functions incredibly well.

I think that this is a great plug-in and even themes are great but like you said! Support is too slow and not detailed to the issues when they come. Also the lack of interest to take the most out of elementor in terms of interface creation and new content areas to cover more possibilities to display more information and interaction areas is what disappointed me after three times subscription buyer. Nonetheless to say that I couldn’t launch my platform at the end so I had to look for something else more complete and with faster support.
