Analytics section not working

    Hello all,

    As I can see for other posts, there is something happening with the Analytics section after the last WooCommerce update. The section is not working in any way. Allways shows an error saying “Error recovering your analytics. Please try again”. I tried to delete the Analytics cache, but when I try to import historical data, it is not possible, because the settings tab on the analytics section is not loading.

    I disabled all plugins, and clear all cache, as said, but it is still not working. I also tried to run an oldest version of woocommerce, but the issue is worst, because nothing appears on the analytics section (no error, no divs, nothing). At last, I tried to change theme to Storefront, but the issue is the same.

    Could you please help me. Thank you in advance

    I understand that Analytics is not working at all on your end since updating WooCommerce to its latest version, is this correct?

    Are there any console errors when trying to access Analytics? If so, please share those with us here so that we can take a closer look.

    Also, in order to have a better understanding of what you are experiencing, could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing when navigating to the Analytics page, as well as what you see when trying to navigate to the Analytics > Settings page.

    If you do not already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Thanks for your response.

    Yes, it is correct, Analytics is not working since updating WooCommerce to its latest version.

    There is no error message on the screen.

    About console errors, I can see eight errors, and some warnings. Here is a screenshot with the errors.

    And this is what I see on the Analytics page:

    And this is what I see on the Analytics > Settings page:

    On the fatal error log, there are only two errors on stripe payments, and some errors coming from when I dissabled all plugins. I cannot see anything related with this issue.

    I think that the key is on the console errors, but I am not understanding it at all.

    Thanks for sharing the above!

    From the browser console error, I am able to see that there are errors coming from the Better WP Security plugin, as well as what appears to be a Mozilla Firefox extension for Kaspersky Security.

    Can you try temporarily disabling all browser extensions and see if this resolves the issue. If not, can you also deactivate all plugins while the browser extensions are disabled, and see if this makes any difference.

    Also, please check if this issue occurs when using an alternative browser.

    Hello again @beautyofcode,

    I was trying what you suggested, and, after dissable all plugins, it started to work again. It is clear that it is a plugin related issue, so I come back to my usual browser, with Kaspersky activated, and see that, with all plugins dissabled (except ACF Pro, and Woocommerce), it worked properlly.

    Then I started to enable plugin by plugin, and the issue only appears when I activate Jetpack.

    For the moment, I leave it dissabled, but, I don’t know if there is some setup to make it work together. I am still testing, and if I get something new, I will post it, in order to help someone else.

    Finally, the issue is solved. After read some threads about the Javascript errors I was getting on my console, I decided to make a backup, and try to reinstall WordPress 6.2.2 on my server. After that, all worked properlly again, and I can enable Jetpack without any issue.
