• Hello,

We have woocommerce in this website and we have products coming from third party(dropshipping) and on product page we have shown available shipping methods for this product (that also coming from third party api) but when we check after login to admin, the shipping methods are showing on the product page but when we check in private/incognito window (without login) then it is loaded default “pickup” shipping method created from backend that we don’t want to show. We have set “The customer’s default location” to Store Location and also added store location from woocommerce setting. So can you check why it is not showing without login? If you are connected via mail then we can share admin access as well

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @niravpandya2827,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Since both the products and shipping rates are coming from a third-party API, we’re a bit limited to the amount of support we can offer.

We have set “The customer’s default location” to Store Location and also added store location from woocommerce setting. So can you check why it is not showing without login? If you are connected via mail then we can share admin access as well

I believe the plugin fetches the shipping rate based on the customer’s default geographical location. This could be why it’s not functioning properly in private (incognito) mode, as most browsers tend to block cookies and trackable information in this mode.

Because you’ve set your store’s location as the default customer location, the available shipping methods will reflect as if the customer is living in your store’s location, thus the pickup method seems logical. :?)

I suggest you reach out to the developer maintaining the third-party shipping rates for further assistance.

If you need someone to help you build a custom solution, consider hiring a WooExpert.

    Cheers!
