“Open All External Links in New Tab” misidentifies relative URLs as external

Love the plugin. Thank you.
I just wanted to report that I’m seeing relative URLs (e.g. “/about/”) in our post and page content opening in new tabs. If I disable the “Open All External Links in New Tab” option, then this behavior stops.
We don’t use relative URLs normally, but they work their way in on occasion. I don’t need any assistance dealing with this–just wanted to report it to you in case this is a bug.
