    Bonjour,

    je vous écris, car je souhaite savoir :

    1. lors du dernier client, je n’avais pas re?u un mail pour la commande, je suis aper?u sans savoir qu’il avait une nouvelle commande sachant que la cliente précédente, j’ai bien re?u son mail et tout étais correct.

    2. je voulais savoir s’il y a eu une erreur de votre c?té concernant un paiement client,? le nom et le prix ne correspond pas ou je me trompe?? pourriez-vous vérifier s’il vous plait??

    Thank you for reaching out!

    During the last client, I did not receive an email for the order, I noticed without knowing that there was a new order knowing that the previous client, I received her email and everything was correct. I wanted to know if there was an error on your side regarding a client payment, the name and the price do not match or am I wrong? Could you please check?

    I understand some customers are not receiving the new order email, correct?

    You can check if the problem is with WooCommerce or your server’s email-sending functionality by using an email logging plugin like?WP Mail Logging. It will log all outgoing emails.

    If the email is generated but not delivered, then you know the issue is with your server, as WooCommerce use the?wp_mail()?function by default.

    You can easily solve this with a dedicated SMTP provider. 
    Personally, I use Brevo (previously known as Sendinblue), which offers a free tier for up to 300 emails per day. It’s unlikely that you’ll exceed this limit, but even if you do, their pricing is reasonable.
