Plugin works great. Support is top notch.

  • I’ve compared 20+ leading appointment scheduling softwares (both specific to WordPress and non-platform specific), and have tested multiple on live client sites. Simply Schedule Appointments is now my go to plugin for WordPress clients that need scheduling software.

    Setup was a breeze, and despite the use of the word “simple” in their plugin name, SSA offers some advanced scheduling, capacity, and integration functionalities. A big one for us is the ability to integrate with Gravity Forms and collect additional customer info at the time of booking.

    My other compliment to SSA is their support. I reached out both before becoming a customer with pre-sales questions, and after purchasing the plugin with a technical issue, which turned out to be user error. Their customer service / tech help teams are responsive and went the extra mile with helping me figure out what was going on.

    So far I’ve only got SSA integrated with one client site, but am already demonstrating it to another client to get them started with it.

    When plugin support is great, it makes my job easier, which is why I’ll be using SSA whenever possible in the future.
