    Hi,

    Everything works fine with all my products except for 1 missing image (which was there before and has now disappeared). I don’t know how this happened because I didn’t change anything on this product (and all the other products are OK).

    The problem is that even if I replace the image, the modification doesn’t save/work. This means I can’t get an image for my product.

    If I duplicate this product, I’m still not able to change the product image.
    If I duplicate a working product page, the product image also disappear.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that one products image has disappeared and you are unable to save the changes when trying to add this back. Furthermore, duplicating the product renders the same results, is this correct?

    Hmm, this does sound odd, and is not something I am able to reproduce on my test site.

    Are there any error messages being displayed when trying to save the changes, or what exactly happens when trying to readd the product image?

    What happens if you try and reupload the image to Dashboard → Media, does the same occur?

    Also, can you please share a copy of the following so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Hi Roxiy

    Yes, your affirmations all correct ?? I didn’t have any error message, just page reloading it self from the product page edition, without the product image I just saved.

    and fatal error log : https://www.temporary-url.com/C5E007 (not sure of the exact hours, and I have tried many things these last hours (like downgrading/updating WooCommerce, etc.)

    I have cloned from a 3 days old backup to a site to the staging url : I’m NOT able to replicate the issue, and all works fine.

    I’m now trying to restore this 3 days old backup version to see how it goes.
    => Looks fine and working !
    I’ve updated the latest plugins, and everything still works.

    So it’s going to remain a mystery… I wish I’d been able to identify the source of the problem, it would have been more reassuring somehow.

    I’m hoping it was some kind of corrupted recording or something else that could not come back without warning.

    Ho so bad so sad. It just come back to previous issue situation !!!

    I have an external wp-cron set to run each 5/10 minutes, so I guess there’s still something breacking the product.

    I’m disgusted ??

    The situation is getting worse.
    In fact I (finally) also have the problem on the site where I cloned.
    It eventually appears, I don’t know when. Maybe if I edit the page (or some other WP task). But editing looks to start the issue.

    May be an issue with divi pixel ? (but even if I disable the plugin I’m not able to fix the missing product image).

    I have disabled ALL plugins, and first tests seem to indicate that the guilty plugin is probably the following one : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/category-featured-image/

    If the issue is no longer present when deactivating the Category Featured Image, then it is safe to say that this plugin is the culprit.

    In that case, I’d suggest reaching out to the respective plugin developers for further help with this as support for third-party plugins/themes is outside ?our scope of support.
