Excellent Support for a fantastic plugin

I use this plugin on many sites (more than 10), as, in my opinion, it’s the most simple and effective way to optimise images.

I recently had to change the hosting for a site and ran into some problems, which turned out to be my fault entirely. I hadn’t edited the new .htaccess file properly and contacted the team to help fix the issue.

Ioanna was a huge help, going through what I had and hadn’t done and then sending me all the code necessary to make sure the WebP files were being served.

Absolutely first class service and I thoroughly recommend Imagify.
