    Hi,

    This is quite urgent

    I am using this plugin with the latest version installed, wordpress and woocommerce up to date too, everything is at the latest versions.

    However I am having huge issues on checkout as I am getting probably 15/20% of customers having issues.

    It is showing a message when paying that says:

    ? Error processing checkout. Please try again.

    They are then trying to pay again and it works (sometimes this error is showing 2/3/4 times before they get the standard thank you page).

    The issue is that actually, all of these payments are actually going through and creating orders on the system, and customers are actually being charged 2/3/4 times depending on how many times they retry.

    Its not consistent in the number of times the error shows, but I am having to manually refund all of these orders and it is causing our stock system to be a complete nightmare.

    Please can someone let me know if they can help. I’ve tried creating a new API key and using the latest version of the API on stripe but that causes a different error and no-one can checkout at all.

    Please can someone help? I can’t post links due to confidentiality but happy for someone to email/whatsapp go through some sort of support channel if needed.

    From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with the checkout process on your WooCommerce store. 

    I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on my site with the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and our free Storefront theme as the only enabled software. When doing so, I’ve been unable to replicate the issue you described.

    To help us figure out what’s going on, could you send us a copy of your site’s System Status? This will give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us pinpoint the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Additionally, could you also provide us with the Stripe error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve got that, you can paste them right here in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com/ to paste it there and share it with us.

    With this information, I’ll be able to dig deeper and come up with a more precise solution. Meanwhile, you might want to try disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to check if the issue still occurs. This could help us see if there’s a conflict with other plugins.
