User unable to create tickets

Could you please share some more details on this? Could you please check your browser console while creating the ticket from the customer portal? Also please check the requests.

If you have any required fields and you don’t fill them then validation gets failed. Also, there could be a conflict from any other plugin JS script. Also please clear your browser cache.

There are no required fields and I don’t see this as an option anywhere. I currently try out the free version to evaluate if I can make use of the plug in.
