Popup not showing after 24 hours

    Hello.
    I am having problems with a popup window that I have created

    I want it to always show every 24 hours, to all users.
    I’ve set it up, but for some reason (most likely not done right) it doesn’t work, the popup shows once and doesn’t show again.
    Can you help me ?
    I understand this is a rather simple question, but I’ve gone over it several times. And I don’t see what I did wrong.
