additional checkout fields detail not shows on order and email

    Hello,

    I have created two additional fields on checkout and i have enabled the checkbox for Required, Enabled, Display in Emails?Display in Order Detail Pages. Sometimes these fields shows up on order and email and sometimes i doesnt shows. I dont know whats the issue with these. I need help on this to sort out. Please check on this.
