Publication Theme not showing “colors” option

Hi! My name is Natalie and I have a problem! I am about to migrate a site from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com. Before doing this I already have the “Publication” Theme installed, which is the one that I will be using. I also installed the Jetpack plugin to get it working properly. Still, when I want to customize the look of my site on www.ads-software.com with and sample page, the “colors” option doesn’t even show up. However, in my wordpress.com account, using the same Theme, it does show up. What could be going on?

P.S: I don’t think it’s a Theme problem, since I’m also doing the same process with a website that uses a Bushwick as a Theme, and that one also have problems concerning “Colors”. Even so, I was recommended to put my concern here.
