    I realized. Some of my customers can’t send tickets.
    After entering the ticket name and description, they click on the “Create Ticket” button, but the loading icon rotates and the ticket is not registered!
    I checked with Microsoft Edge browser and saw the problem.

    After having a look at the attached file (screenshot of console log), it seems you do not have any business box or any default business box. Please make sure you have a default business inbox available. Also, there can be any caching issues, please clear your cache as well and re-check.

    Before the new updates (1.7.0 and 1.7.1 – 2) there was no problem and the tickets were registered well.
    On the user side, I have disabled the cache.

    Of course, I use Persian WordPress. The new update may have a problem with this language. It is not unlikely.
